Meet Kevin, our Director who brings over 20 years of marketing experience across various industries. Kevin has joined the business to help develop our estate agency and law practice, working closely with Managing Director Lynsey. In addition to his marketing expertise, Kevin has a wealth of operational knowledge gained from managing and developing numerous SME businesses.

As a private landlord with over 15 years of experience managing multiple properties, Kevin has an in-depth understanding of the Lanarkshire housing market, as well as mortgage and finance industries. Kevin also works alongside Robin and Rebecca in the marketing department to deliver our marketing strategies.

On a personal note, Kevin loves the outdoors and can often be found exploring with his wife and two young daughters. His burning ambition is to do another parachute jump, something he hasn’t done since he was in his twenties.

Hugh has been working in property management and development for over 12 years and has built up his own portfolio of properties throughout Lanarkshire during this time. He has a wealth of local knowledge and insight across North and South Lanarkshire!!

You may recognise our legendary valuer as he was a star player for St Mirren Football Club and broke the club record for appearances, He celebrated his testimonial year in 2007 and hung up his boots in 2014.

Since relocating from England, Kelly Ann has joined Lanarkshire Law Estate Agents and brings with her a wealth of knowledge.

With over 23 years of experience within the property industry Kelly brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of property, specialising in New build houses. Fully familiar with both the selling and buying process in England and Scotland then Kelly can answer any question that you may have.
